Remove Leaves from Gutters and Downspouts

However, a tree branch in the danger zone spilling hundreds of pounds of snow at once is a bit more drastic. A good rule of thumb is to ask your landscaper or landlord to keep branches out of the danger zone of your home throughout all seasons.
