Employee of the Month
Each month, we celebrate a hard-working Enterprise hero who goes above and beyond. These Employees of the Month show the drive and community-minded spirit of Enterprise Roofing, and we want to celebrate them!
Chris Adamson – February, 2019 Employee of the Month
Chris Adamson has been an employee for Enterprise Roofing since 1988. He has worked up from a residential shingle installer to commercial roof foreman over the last 30 years. He has been a hard-working, dedicated employee the entire time. When Chris isn't roofing, he loves to hunt and fish. His love of the outdoors is one of the reasons he likes the roofing industry.
Rik Conrad – November, 2018 Employee of the Month
Our Employee of the Month is Rik Conrad and works in the Sheet Metal shop. Rik has been with us for 8 years. He likes being able to work outside and the ability to see different jobs. Rik is a family man that has / is raising 5 boys. He has helped coach them in several different sports and enjoys spending time with them. When he is not at work he loves to fish, eat steaks, and enjoys watching the Lord of the Rings movies. We appreciate all Rik has done!
James Martin – February, 2018 Employee of the Month
James has been with Enterprise for 19 years, and he currently works as a Senior Service Technician specializing in commercial slate and tile repairs. When he isn’t busy being a star employee, he loves to go off-roading with his son in his Jeep. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to Enterprise, James!
Brian Rogers – January, 2018 Employee of the Month
Brian is a Residential Repair Technician who has been working in the industry for over 20 years, with the past five spent with us at Enterprise. When he isn’t at work, you can find him riding his sport motorcycle or watching his children’s sporting events. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to the industry, Brian!
Matt Thomas – December, 2017 Employee of the Month
Matt has been with us for over four years and is currently finishing his 5th year of Apprenticeship school. Also, Matt is getting married next year! He has been ranked first or second in his class every year. Matt likes to fish and hunt, and his favorite food is pizza. Thank you, Matt! Dedicated employees like you make Enterprise who we are today.
Tom – November, 2017 Employee of the Month
Tom is the Commercial Replacement Foreman and he has been with Enterprise for 12 years. Outside of work, you can catch him getting in a few laughs while watching his favorite movie, Happy Gilmore. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to Enterprise Roofing and our customers!
Gary Stephens – October, 2017 Employee of the Month
Postion: General Sheet Metal Foreman Been at Enterprise for 3 years. Gary has been our General Sheet Metal Foreman for three years. His favorite food is pizza and outside of work, he likes to fish. Thanks for your great work, Gary!
Jobe – September, 2017 Employee of the Month
Jobe is in his eighth year at Enterprise as a Journeyman Commercial Roofer. With goals of becoming an Enterprise Roofing Foreman, Jobe’s favorite part of his job is tearing off. Thanks for all your hard work, Jobe!
Greg Shumway - August, 2017 Employee of the Month
Greg is our Lead Residential Repair Technician, and he has been a part of our team for four years. We love Greg’s determination and hard work. Outside of work, Greg is an artist and the biggest action movie enthusiast we know. Without team members like Greg, Enterprise wouldn’t be what it is today. Thank you, Greg!
John Dotson – March, 2017 Employee of the Month
John has been a part of the Enterprise Roofing team for 43 years. When John's not at Enterprise, you can find him fishing or eating steak. Next time you see John, make sure to say hi! Thanks for all you do, John.
Johnda Jennings – February, 2017 Employee of the Month
Johnda has been a part of the Enterprise Roofing team for 18 years. Her favorite part of her job is meeting and building relationships with people around the Miami Valley. Her favorite food is pizza, and if she could travel anywhere, it would be to England. Make sure to say hi to Johnda next time you stop the office! Thank you, Johnda!
